PhD candidate Girish Mali awarded a Young Scientist Award at Tsukuba Global Science Week: October 2014 CMVM PhD candidate Girish Mali (Dr Pleasantine Mill lab) has been awarded a Young Scientist Award at Tsukuba Global Science Week (TGSW) 2014, held from September 28-30, 2014 in Tsukuba, Japan. Representing University of Edinburgh in this meeting of over 90 scientists from 23 countries presenting their leading-edge research, Girish delivered an outstanding talk on his work entitled "Multisystem characterisation of the human ciliopathy genes HEATR2 and ZMYND10".
