If samples are clumpy, please filter before bringing samples as this may clog the machines. Bring collection tubes already prepared with collection media/PBS/FCS Label collection tubes and sample tubes appropriately If sample sorting is for RNA or DNA then we would recommend to bring the samples and collection tubes on ice. We are able to maintain a low temperature when the sample is being run and also we are able to cool the collection chamber. To avoid disappointment, book as far in advance as possible.
