Hints and Tips
- Please bring negative controls as these help us to set up your experiment.
- If samples are clumpy, please filter before bringing samples as this may clog the machines.
- Bring collection tubes already prepared with collection media/PBS/FCS
- Label collection tubes and sample tubes appropriately
- If sample sorting is for RNA or DNA then we would recommend to bring the samples and collection tubes on ice. We are able to maintain a low temperature when the sample is being run and also we are able to cool the collection chamber.
To avoid disappointment, book as far in advance as possible.
