One Health Genomics Edinburgh (OHGE) is a cross-college, cross-campus and cross-discipline community of over 600 genomics researchers at the University of Edinburgh and provides a renewed vision for genomics activities at the University. Image OHGE is inclusive of ̀all those who are using genome technologies and information, with both wet lab and computational approaches. Its aim is to support, promote and bring together the Edinburgh genomics community across campuses, disciplines and systems, facilitating exchange of knowledge and ideas, and stimulating new collaborations to face pressing global challenges that impact on human, animal, plant and ecosystem health. OHGE is led by an Executive Committee chaired by Professor Tim Aitman and containing several representatives from IGC including Professor Sara Brown, Professor Helen Colhoun, Professor Charlie Gourley, Professor Liz Patton, Professor Martin Taylor and Project and Development Manager Dr Daniel Toddie-Moore. OHGE organises meetings and symposia throughout the year, including a community meeting, subject-specific meetings and both symposia and a workshop series for early career researchers.
