The following expectations have been devised by our current Graduate School students: Supervisors should Be available and approachable Be a good sounding board Provide constructive criticism Be interested in the project Provide support and guidance Identify opportunities for publishing and networking Apply an appropriate amount of pressure – not too much or too little!
