What is Included in a Standard Analysis Package?

Our standard analysis packages cover the key stages of a defined bioinformatics project, from initial scoping and quality control to analysis, visualisation and reporting. Additional analyses or changes in project scope can be discussed and costed separately.

Standard analysis packages typically include:

  • Initial project scoping and review of aims, metadata and experimental design
  • Use of established, reproducible analysis workflows where appropriate
  • Quality control of input data
  • Core analysis relevant to the selected service
  • Summary results tables and key visualisations
  • A short written summary or report of methods and main findings
  • Handover of processed outputs and analysis documentation where appropriate

Additional analyses, major changes in scope, manuscript revisions, new comparisons or bespoke pipeline development are charged separately at the applicable day rate.
