Additional time and cost may be required for projects involving:

- Complex experimental designs or many pairwise comparisons
- Batch correction, cohort integration or multi-site datasets
- Non-model organisms or incomplete reference genomes
- Poor-quality, incomplete or inconsistently formatted input data
- Custom statistical modelling or bespoke method development
- Re-analysis of legacy data or data generated by multiple providers
- Controlled-access, sensitive or human-identifiable data
- Additional reporting, publication support or extended interpretation
- Pipeline development, automation or software engineering beyond standard analysis
A final quote and delivery schedule will be provided after project scoping. If the project scope changes after work has started, additional analyst time will be charged at the relevant internal or external rate.
